About My Clients
Have you struggled with the motivation to complete tasks? Or been unable to practice self-care? Have you been experiencing excessive worry about things that you cannot control? Or even feeling just badly both physically and mentally. I've been there: the hopelessness, not wanting to get up off the couch at the end of the day. It can be debilitating, and I don't want you to have to experience that anymore. Therapeutic practices can help reduce these feelings, and I look forward to helping you.
My Background and Approach
I have been working on developing a strength based approach for client's throughout my career in order to empower clients to be the best version of themselves. I work with the client to develop a set of tools to utilize in moments of heightened reactivity in order to best meet their needs and a navigate a stressful situation. We will work on identifying what is going on for you in triggering moments and how best to implement these tools in order to meet your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it is important to meet people where they are at in the present moment. I work with the client to develop goals. address challenges, and develop coping skills. I have worked with diverse populations and all are welcome. I have worked with many different populations and age ranges, from those struggling with every day stressors to other more challenging issues that need extra care. I take a client- centered approach and believe that it is important to work together on addressing a client's needs. I believe that every person is different and therefore work with you to find what therapies meet your needs.
