When you’re anxious, depressed, or just plain stressed it can be hard to find people who accept you as you are. Sometimes that leads to discouragement, isolation, or feeling overwhelmed. However, when you do have a safe place to connect and be yourself it can be the start of an amazing journey. From there you can begin to see life more clearly, identifying the things holding you back as well as the parts of life you want to enhance or explore.
My Background and Approach
I understand the importance of recognizing that people are at different life stages and meeting them wherever they are. Everyone has within them what they need to make the best decisions for themselves. I’m here to provide you with the support to do that. I draw from many therapy perspectives such as IFS, ACT, CBT and SFBT. In more simple terms, it means that I use a variety of tools to help you reach your goals and learn to love yourself as you begin to make the changes you want to see. We’ll work together to find the techniques and tools best for you.

I welcome people from all cultures, identities, and spiritual beliefs, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. I love meeting new clients and helping them recognize and bring out the gifts the world should see. You deserve to live your best and fullest life.
