In session, I support you as you break down your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are limiting your growth. We incorporate emotion focused work as we break down blocks within your limiting mindsets and replace them with beliefs and perspectives that better support your goals and mental health. This can often incorporate mindfulness, psycho-education, and self empowerment tools.

My primary focus is creating a judgment-free environment. Establishing a safe space is crucial before delving into any deep-seated issues. I adopt a collaborative approach centered on your needs to foster progress. People approach life's challenges differently, often with varying degrees of support.
