About My Clients

Do you feel stuck and unable to figure out why? I want to explore the uncomfortable parts of life with you in order to identify the barriers that are making you feel stuck. Together, we can examine and heal the cracks in your life by building a foundation of self-awareness and insight to your true needs and wants.

My Background and Approach

I see myself as a fellow traveler in your therapeutic journey. I collaborate with you to explore the aspects of your life that you have unconsciously avoided but are now seeping through the cracks. I can help identify the unconscious habits and thoughts that distract you from the here and now. A session with me could be described as empowering, authentic, and out of the box due to my use of creative techniques that help my clients discover themselves through their discomfort. I help people work through trauma, relational/attachment issues, anxiety, depression, abuse, family conflict, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I enjoy my work as a therapist and I believe that modeling self-care is essential. Outside of work, you can find me at museums, pop-up art exhibits, dancing at concerts, or making a DIY-project or painting to over-decorate my home!

I offer online counseling in the following states:
