About My Clients
My clients are adults who are wanting help in bettering themselves. This is a journey that will require intentional effort and I am here to walk with you along the way. I’m confident that if you’re ready for change, I can help you bring that to fruition.
My Background and Approach
I have been a clinical social worker for more than 12 years and in private practice providing therapy for 6 years. I have experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. Much of my experience has been working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and the challenges of today's busy world. I have significant work in the areas of adult and older adult life transitions and grief and loss especially. The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be compassionate and nonjudgmental, and they appreciate that I am honest and direct with them. You can expect me to walk with you through whatever difficulties you are facing and help you learn more about yourself and the way you interact with the world.
