About My Clients
Let’s be real, life doesn’t always look like butterflies and rainbows. In fact, it can feel like an absolute beating. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing this is one of your “sometimes.” Stress, depression, emptiness, anxiety, and self-judgment are constantly knocking at our door. It’s the worst, but the good news is it doesn’t have to stay that way.
My Approach to Helping
Life is hard. Especially for young adults and teens. Technology, peers, family, expectations, the state of the world, not to mention, hormones, identity… it’s all too much. I get it. I see young people dealing with anxiety, depression, or __________ every day. To truly help, you need someone who’s been there and come out the other side with courage and clarity. I can show you how I did it, and together we can find the light at the end of your tunnel. Our struggles may not be the same, but I can give you the tools that will work for any of life’s obstacles. Ultimately, my goal is to guide and equip young adults, like you so you can keep climbing higher in this journey called life. That’s what I call going from a valley to a mountain. You can get through this, and anything else life throws at you. I'm simply here to help you figure out how to move from the valley to the mountain and gain the confidence to keep moving on while marveling at how far you’ve come.

When I was younger, I needed help sifting through some heavy stuff in my life. Counseling was my answer, it changed everything. My counselor helped me find ME and that's what I'm all about.
