My Background and Approach
I provide education and new strategies for relating and communicating, so you can have deeper connection with both yourself and your partner. I help you see your pattern, help you understand where it came from, and teach you REAL skills so that you can have more effective, loving, and honest conversations. I lean into Relational Life Therapy, Gottman theory and the Developmental model to help couples better understand each other, learn new and successful ways to communciate, improve their sex life, better parent, and work through hard issues such as infedelity and lack of trust. I am an attachment based couple therapist who incorporates nuerobiology, mindfulness, and IFS. All relationships go through difficult seasons. I believe everyone needs a safe place to process, feel seen and heard, and have an opportunity to untangle their feelings in order to live their best life. If you are interested in lasting change, stronger connection and creating new patterns with your partner.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is we are all equal, we are all good, we are all in need of love and support. We should all have access to a therapeutic environment that is safe and non-judgemental.
