As a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, I am knowledgeable and skilled in working with a variety of issues such as addiction, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, stress, finding purpose and meaning, issues stemming from childhood, difficulty with important decisions, major life transitions, loss and grief, habit building, helping someone you care about change, and spirituality.
