About My Clients

Are you feeling stuck, anxious, sad, lonely or just struggling overall? It's so hard to be human sometimes, isn't it? These are all normal experiences, but in isolation, can feel overwhelming. You're ready for something different, curious and open to understanding yourself in a deeper way. Therapy with me can provide a collaborative space to grow in self-compassion, connection and healing.

My Background and Approach

I work from a relational cultural model and strive for collaboration in this work with clients. We all have a story, and my hope is to help clients access acceptance and compassion to their own. I enjoy helping people find healing & connection in their lives, whether that be with themselves, their partners, nature, spiritual practices, creative expression and beyond. I celebrate and value the different experiences and cultures my clients come with and desire to create safety through our relationship. Before becoming a therapist, I spent my career in outdoor spaces learning from and through nature. Mother nature is a guide and ready to teach us how to be still, to heal, to connect, to grow. I incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work and non-violent communication into this work together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that you are already a full and complete person. I don’t have all the answers and am not in the business of “fixing” people, but rather am here to collaborate with you in your healing journey. I’m here to help you find connection and ownership of your story. I celebrate and delight in our differences. I also acknowledge the limitations I have in understanding the struggles you may face based on gender identity, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, religion, body size, socioeconomic status, and education. My practice, Willow Tree Collective, is a sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, climate aware practice focused on cultivating healing and connection.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Christianity
  • Wicca/Paganism
