I make it my goal to foster a trusting, relational, and empowering environment for the people I work with so they feel in control of their healing. I value creativity in my sessions since therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I use a mix of evidence-based therapy modalities dependent on a person's wants and needs, while also being mindful of cultural factors. You have the power to decide what tools you'd like to use and practice!
