About My Clients

I work with women of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and marginalized communities facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity issues. Together, we create a safe space to build self-compassion, resilience, and self-discovery, helping them heal, grow, and embrace their authentic selves while breaking free from limiting beliefs and societal pressures.

My Background and Approach

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how transformative healing in community can be. I’ve been where you are—feeling stuck, uncertain, and overwhelmed—and I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step toward change. I’m here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions, and most importantly, reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we’ll break down the barriers that are holding you back, while building self-confidence and acceptance. My goal is to support you in reclaiming your peace and living authentically—not by conforming to society’s expectations, but by fully embracing who you truly are. You deserve to experience love, joy, and the freedom to live as your true self, and I’m here to walk with you on that journey. Let’s work together to create a life that reflects your values, and where you feel empowered to thrive.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in authenticity, respect, and justice, and these values guide both my approach to therapy and how I move through the world. I am deeply committed to fostering autonomy in my clients, empowering you to think independently and make decisions without coercion. Trust is at the heart of my practice as I believe it forms the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. As a BIPOC queer woman with lived experience across multiple marginalized identities, I understand how systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma affect mental health. I’m passionate about social justice, women’s rights, and the belief that Black Lives Matter—these values are integral to my work and the space I create for clients. My goal is to offer a safe, affirming environment where you feel empowered, heard, and understood as you navigate your own unique journey.
