I am a licensed psychologist in Texas providing individual and couples therapy. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, but I often incorporate mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and attachment-based/relational approaches.
