About My Clients

I am here to support your needs and find manageable ways manage your recovery, provide skills and tools to manage work, school, home life.
My Background and Approach
Experience with supporting children, youth, adults, and couples and families. My counseling work has primarily focused on problems related to mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, loss and grief, life-crisis and relationship issues and substance abuse. Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused therapy are modalities I enjoy working with too support clients in ongoing improvements in overall wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that biology and environment overall impact our mental health based on past and present occurrences. I strive to educate those on these basic natures our mind, bodies, and spirit hold in expression of outward thoughts and behaviors daily. I am overall open to all cultures and backgrounds including LGBTQ communities.
