Healing grief or loss are a way of healing many other concerns. When someone is grieving they connect to other losses in their live and it can feel overwhelming. Working with grief or loss is a journey to self awarness and gratitude.

Everyone experiences some depression in their life, mild to severe. Suicidal thoughts often accompany depression which is very frightening . Healing from depression is often moving from an outdated version of oneself to a more healthy, expanded version of self. It often includes getting to know more creative and functional parts of oneself which is an exciting journey.

It is very important to learn about you which means listening closely to what you are concerned about and what is helpful to you. By doing this we can together arrive at goals for treatment.

Being aware of what you are feeling and thinking is an important step to learning to feel better about your situation. This is something that occurs in our meeting and helps guide decisions and goals.

Connecting thoughts and feelings are a way to learn more about yourself and how powerful thoughts affect feelings. As you learn more about yourself it becomes easier to created thoughts and feelings which promote a sense of well being.
