About My Clients
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, exploring trauma and neurodivergence. Rather than treating neurodivergence, I guide clients to discover strengths and adjust their environment. Sessions prioritize self-regulation, allowing activities like stimming, walks, and the use of sensory tools.
My Background and Approach
Before therapy, I worked in foster care, group homes, and health clinics. Since 2018, I've offered therapy in homes and offices. COVID lockdowns prompted me to stop procrastinating and complete my MA in Adlerian Counseling in 2020. I value you as the expert on being you, contributing crucial insights to our sessions. I don't categorize distress as a disorder; it's a natural response to an abnormal world. My focus spans trauma, attachment wounds, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. Instead of treating neurodivergence, I empower you to uncover strengths and adjust to your environment. Let's embark on a healing journey together, navigating challenges with resilience and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Lately, I've been immersing myself in self-discovery, community, and advocacy. I'm committed to becoming an abolitionist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ ally. I'm 100% confident I will make mistakes along the way, but I promise to value making repairs over my ego every time.
