Shifting from a critical inner dialogue to one of compassion can transform everything—depression, anxiety, trauma responses, relationships, body image, and career goals. My goal is to help you uncover your true self by providing a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Using techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I guide individuals in reducing the distress linked to negative memories and core beliefs. These approaches can help you reshape your inner narrative, leading to profound changes in how you experience life.
