I help clients going through major life changes to figure out how to grieve what is lost and figure out what's next. I've helped people who have moved, had job changes, had new babies, gotten married, been through a divorce or break-up, and empty-nesters. Anything lost needs to be grieved and we don't usually do that in our culture.

Codependency is often misunderstood but if you know the feeling of white-hot resentment toward people in your life who have taken you for granted or never seem to reciprocate the time and effort you put into relationships you might have some codependent traits. I help clients dive into boundaries within relationships so they can find some peace.

If you have or suspect you have ADHD you know it can be your biggest strength and a huge pain in the ass. I approach ADHD with a huge dose of self-compassion and self-validation and help you figure out systems that make your life more functional while also making space for your latest obsession.

I believe each person is the expert of their own experience. We have so many sources telling us how and who we should be and I find that if we strip all that away each client can figure out exactly who they are with support and guidance.

There is no one-size-fits-all way to heal. I believe that based on a client's life experiences and perspective we can put together a treatment plan that will work best for them. Skills and tools that work for one person won't work for someone else and I love working with clients to figure out their combination of things that work for the mind, the body, and the spirit.

Emotions are a body-based process and I teach and guide clients through figuring out how to tap into the superpower of our bodies. I'm anti-diet and body positive and believe that strengthening the mind-body connection is available for all body sizes and abilities.

I provide support to individuals who are doing the very difficult and often isolating work of unwinding religion, faith, and spirituality.

I truly believe that depression is our body and nervous system's way of protecting us from a perceived threat. I will sit with you in the darkest of days and never judge when you're feeling more depressed than you think you "should".

I am EMDR trained and IFS informed. I work with you to find a way to heal from trauma in the safest way possible. I work with single-instance trauma as well as complex trauma. If you have symptoms of PTSD I can help.

You don’t want to burden your loved ones with these heavy feelings but you just can’t seem to get past feeling like the loss just happened. I can help you move through this difficult time. I provide somatic based tools to help you start the healing process.
