I am passionate about working with Adults struggling with Anxiety, Grief, and Trauma. I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, LGBTQ+ friendly, and an advocate for these populations. My clients benefit from a variety of approaches that are tailored to their needs. Together, we will find the best approach to help you, and I will be here to guide and support you during this journey.
My Background and Approach
I love empowering my clients to learn more about how their brains and emotions work. I believe that information gives you more power and control over your struggles. I also focus on helping my clients improve self-compassion and work toward being more kind to themselves and others. I use a variety of approaches, but primarily Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of change! You might not feel ready to change your routine or mindset, and that is okay! Together, we will work towards what is important to you and make changes and improvements at your own pace. In my free time, I love baking, crafting, and playing with my dog.
