About My Clients

I am passionate about helping neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, and those who don't fit into boxes) adolescents and young adults thrive academically, socially, and personally. I provide support around emotional regulation, anxiety, social interaction, depression, school success, life transitions, and eating concerns. My Background and Approach

I use a Person-Centered foundation and tailor my approach to each individual client. I primarily pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe our thoughts and feelings are not inherently problematic, but can get in the way of our success when we get stuck or caught up in them. I also believe in psychoeducation and helping you notice, accept, and understand what's going on in your mind.
