About My Clients

Maybe you're feeling exhausted—burnt out, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. Anxiety and depression may be weighing on you, making it hard to feel connected in your life or in therapy. You’ve reached out for help before but haven’t felt truly seen, heard, or understood. You’ve tried so hard, only to be met with challenge after challenge. And yet, despite it all, you’re still searching, still hoping for something different. I see your resilience. I see the effort it’s taken to get here.

My Background and Approach

My approach is eclectic and deeply person-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to fit you—your experiences, your strengths, and your goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Bibliotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. If faith is important to you, I also offer Christian integration upon request. I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022, but my journey in mental health started long before that—I’ve been working in the field since 2007. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, and I’ve seen firsthand the resilience that comes from finding the right support.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I know how overwhelming it can be to struggle with anxiety, depression, and burnout—especially when past help hasn’t felt like the right fit. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Bibliotherapy, IFS, DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, with Christian integration available upon request. I’ve worked in mental health since 2007 and earned my degree from Liberty University in 2022. I understand the complexities of deep emotions, neurodiversity, and personal growth, and I create a space where you feel truly seen and heard. If you’re looking for a therapist who values your individuality and meets you where you are, I’d be honored to support you.
