Whatever your sources of anxiety, anger, or sadness we can work together to help you gain self-knowledge and skills as you move forward in your life. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a career working in advertising agencies and as a consultant. Now, I have shifted from focusing on consumer culture, to inner lives and healing. I am also a parent.
