About My Clients
I specialize in helping men navigate life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, career stress, and the pressure to meet expectations. For many men, seeking therapy isn't the first choice—it can feel unfamiliar or unnecessary. But that’s why it matters. Therapy is different from talking to friends. Friends mean well, but they bring their own biases. In therapy, the focus is all on you—a space to be honest without judgment and gain tools for real change.
My Background and Approach
I use a warm, insight-oriented approach that blends practical tools with meaningful conversations—focusing not only on understanding where you've been, but also on where you want to go. Through this process, I believe individuals are able to develop important insight into themselves and their lives. Together, we'll focus on making meaningful changes that can lead to better communication, more fulfilling relationships, and a more balanced, authentic life. As a Los Angeles native, I received my BA in Communication & Sociology from UC Davis and my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, LA. My professional experience as a therapist includes training at the esteemed Maple Counseling Center and I hold a certificate in Psychoanalytic Studies from LAISPS. As Registered Associate MFT#125151, I work under supervision of Oliver Drakeford, LMFT, CGP #104987.
