I specialize in working with couples and individuals ages 16 and up on the complex reality we call life. No one is truly an island, so I use a relational and systemic approach to understand and address all the cultural, social, and internal influences impacting an individual’s or couple’s well-being. Together, we will uncover how emotions, internal processing, attachments, relationships, and trauma are impacting your happiness and drive.

I work hard to ensure that every client feels valued, comfortable, and empowered to ask for what they need in sessions. I incorporate humor, compassion, and frank honesty into every session, and keep a balanced case load of clients to ensure you can schedule appointments regularly at flexible times of day that work for you.

My number one priority is that every client feels valued and comfortable by incorporating humor, compassion, and honesty in every session and interaction we have. I believe strongly that creating a safe environment for individuals and couples to feel comfortable being vulnerable and facing themselves honestly is the key to successful change. Making the call to start therapy take a lot of bravery and I take your choice to entrust me very seriously. You matter, you deserve help, and there is hope that life can be different with some hard work, time, and care.
