About My Clients
I love working with adults (17+) experiencing stressors associated with life transitions from early adulthood, identity and relationship concerns (including unique challenges of the LGBTQ+ population), to acute and chronic health issues, parenthood, midlife crises, failure to launch, empty nesting, and end-of-life matters. I'm also honored to support fellow immigrant and refugee clients, assisting them with cultural adaptation and related trauma.

Starting therapy takes courage. I'm here to lighten your journey, offering hope, direction, and empowerment. In my practice, I create a safe, welcoming space where you're valued and understood. I believe that every person is unique and deserving of respect, and that therapy should be a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. I'm a Licensed Psychologist in Colorado and work with clients from 33 other states as a member of PsyPact. With a foundation in neuropsychology and a focus on health psychology in my postgraduate studies, I bring a deep understanding of the body's workings to support clients in various challenging situations. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in authenticity a path to meaningful connections with oneself and others. I help clients to peel away layers of internalized conditions of worth to reconnect with their core values, accompanying them on the path to a more fulfilling life. I was born in USSR and lived in four countries before settling in the United States. I completed my MA and PsyD in Chicago and pursued postgraduate training in Boulder, CO. As an immigrant, I intimately understand the challenges of major life transitions, loneliness, and inadequacy. I'm an avid adventurer and embrace all things Colorado. Pursuing a challenging path for the reward of a new insight or the experience itself represents both mountaineering and therapy to me. I deeply empathize and personally understand the challenges of physical and mental limitations impacting one's ability to move forward. I honor the privilege of supporting my clients through their unique journeys.
