I specialize in helping people navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Coping with daily stress as well as increasing positive thinking is part of my daily work with clients. I take special interest in working with healthcare professionals and first responders. I also have a lot of experience with individuals struggling with mood disorders such Bipolar disorder.
My Background and Approach
Since beginning my social career in 2004, I have worked with people in all walks of life, whether it be signficant mental health issues or those wanting to improve themselves or just destress from work or family life. I take a client centered approach focusing on identifying problem areas with the client. I extend a warm, friendly demeanor and use humor when appropriate to set clients at ease. Relationship building is important in every client and therapist relationship.
