About My Clients
Our ideal client is someone who is ready and emotionally available to fully inquire into themselves in order to more deeply understand themselves and the adaptations that they have developed through the adversities of their life. We look for clients that are sincerely interested in their own wellbeing and are interested in growing and expanding their consciousness.
My Background and Approach
Our team is diverse but we generally we use experiential modalities such as Gestalt (parts work), somatic, EMDR, movement, nature and mindfulness as tools to attend to incomplete processes in your life. We will guide you to find flow in your life by supporting the transformation of resistance and inner defenses. We offer Holistic Psychotherapy, which means that we focus on trusting and following the guidance of the body, mind and soul towards healing. We will invite you to become more familiar with your body sensations through enactments, movement, and experiential exercises that help you embody a process of healing and completion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that your symptoms and inner signals are not something to go to war with, but rather they can be a compass to track where there is emotional pain at its root. Human unwillingness comes from a lack of safety, readiness and worthiness. The remedy then is not admonishment, but rather offerings of acknowledgment, cultivation of safety, and full acceptance. Although external circumstances provide substantial pain and trauma, there is nothing more painful then. And in a sense, nobody can hurt you but yourself.
