About My Clients
Let's talk about what it's like to live in today's world with the pressures and expectations compiled with uncertainty. How are these things contributing to how you feel? Do you know how much of your internal dialogue is truly your own or is it coming from your programming from childhood? I think it is imperative to have a safe place to truly express and develop an understanding of yourself. This is a great place to start.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach to treatment combining CBT, DBT, and Existential Therapy. Each process will look different for each client because I truly want to meet you where you are at. I find that Trauma-Informed Care is very important for every client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in social justice and allyship across marginalized communities. Therapy with me is a safe space and non-judgmental space. Thus far in my career, I have spent the majority of time working with underserved communities and advocating for the needs of those communities through finding safe housing, food resources, or occupational resources.
