About My Clients
I specialize in LGBTQ+, transgender, non-binary and women's counseling. I use depth psychology, somatic and mindfulness based healing to create a therapeutic space that helps you heal and grow. Client issues vary from anxiety and depression to self-esteem and sexual identity empowerment. No problem is too big, my practice is open to all.
My Background and Approach
You deserve to feel better. I provide a calm, compassionate and nonjudgmental space for you to explore thoughts and feelings that are no longer working for you. Clients have described my approach as "radically nonjudgemental" and "deeply healing". Based on your personal issues and goals for therapy, you and I will create a plan to get you where you want to be. I pull from client-centered, depth, mindful and somatic techniques. No two individuals are the same, so their therapy shouldn't be either.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer therapist, I understand the unique mental health concerns that face our community. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, faiths, cultures, and gender/sexual identities. As a depth counselor, your soul-health and heart-heath are paramount. In my practice, we regard spiritual wellness and self-care as vital elements to the therapeutic process.
