I have worked with a diverse group of clients in a variety of settings. I also have a significant amount of experience assisting clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative. I recognize that change is a gradual process and respect the importance of meeting my clients wherever they currently may be in this process.

I believe that by fostering a person-centered, nonjudgmental, and trusting therapeutic environment, we can work to challenge patterns that no longer benefit you while increasing your awareness of your unique strengths and innate abilities to transform problems into solutions.
