I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families that have experienced difficulties in relationships, chronic illness, adjustments to daily challenges we may all experience including anxiety, depression, work stress, and relationship stress.

If you have experienced any of these challenges I work with my clients in a team approach to build off of existing strengths you already have and to learn new effective and healthy coping skills to address whatever challenges you may face.

As a Therapist, my approach is free formed in order to build a respectable comfort between us to work as a team on goals with your existing strengths and skills. I value and believe that everyone's feelings are valid and I want anytime with me to feel as such and encourage a safe place for clients to express themselves freely.
