My Background and Approach
I work with teens (13+) and adults, providing a compassionate, judgment-free space. I understand how deeply trauma and life experiences can affect both the mind and body. That’s why I blend cognitive strategies to shift unhelpful thought patterns with somatic work to release trauma stored in the body, creating a holistic approach to healing. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy and it can feel overwhelming to take that first step. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing and the strength of the human spirit. Witnessing the impact of trauma, especially from domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, led me to dedicate my work to helping others reclaim their voice, rebuild self-trust, and find peace. Everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to process their experiences and grow, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they heal and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
