My Background and Approach
We use evidence-based therapy modalities to help you feel better, faster. We offer 1-on-1 therapy with highly trained experts, and match you to the therapist who is most right for you. We help individuals recover from anxiety, depression, addiction, workplace stressors, relationship problems, gender and sexuality issues, and more on a daily basis. Another area of specialty at Harborlight Counseling is family therapy. Our team of therapists include family therapy experts who have spent years helping families navigate and overcome dysfunction. Specialized trauma treatment services, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and other modalities, are available to help clients process and heal from traumas in their lives. We also offer addiction therapy for clients struggling with substance use and related issues.
