Struggling to connect sexually with your partner(s)? As a Certified Sex Therapist and relationship therapist, I work with all relationship styles (single, married, CNM, etc.) on a variety of issues ranging from sexual concerns to general relationship conflicts. I take a sex positive, non-judgmental approach to help you better understand yourself (and your partner(s)) to live a life full of connection and peace. I am a kink and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
My Background and Approach
I am a Certified Sex Therapist with experience working with individuals and people in relationships regarding a variety of sexual concerns, related to areas such as: low desire, painful intercourse, desire discrepancy, infidelity, out of control sexual behaviors, porn addiction, kink & fetishes, sexual dysfunctions (erectile disorder, difficulty orgasming, etc.), purity culture, performance anxiety, CNM, LGBTQ issues & more. I use empirically supported treatments and collaborate with other professionals in my field to ensure you're getting the best care possible. In addition to work with sexual issues, I also help couples work on stress, emotional growth, conflict, stage of life changes, etc. I use Gottman & Emotion Focused Therapy models to help you and/or your partner(s) to improve communication, validation, & empathy for one another, by slowing things down to help you understand where the other person is coming from.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take a sex positive approach in the work that do, and don't think that shaming anyone's choices or preferences is serving anyone in any way. I partner with you to gain greater acceptance for yourself and find a community in which you feel loved and accepted as you are.
