About My Clients
Every person holds a unique story and experiences; it is my goal to work collaboratively with you to achieve personal goals and growth throughout the therapy experience. I work with teens, adults, couples and families and bring a systemic focus on each individual’s needs in session. My practice is predominately focused on working with clients who are experiencing life transitions, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, blending families, LGBTQIA+, anxiety and depression.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received my M.A. from Pacific Lutheran University. I have lived in Washington most of my life and hold a passion for serving the local community. I work predominately with a narrative approach while also utilizing EMDR, CBT and solution focused techniques. We will work collaboratively to determine goals of therapy to address your needs.
