My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach that focuses relational neuroscience (understanding the intimate connection of your mind and body), attachment science and story informed trauma recovery. I work from the perspective that people make decisions based on the information available to them, and I seek to empower all of my clients through education.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about the care and recovery of those who have experienced trauma and I seek to offer a warm and safe space for contemplation and realization. I believe in the power of learning to speak aloud your unique life story! What I know, I want you to know too.
