About My Clients
Are you seeking balance, peace, and deeper relationship with yourself and others? Are you tired of being stuck in the same cycles of despair, disconnection, and miscommunication? It is my passion to reconnect clients with themselves and their close relationships.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master's in Professional Counseling in 2010. I bring over 12 years of therapy experience and extensive training. This work is not a job to me - people are my passion. I believe in this work because I have seen in my own life how transformative it can be, as I have faced my own issues, raised 2 daughters, and fought for a marriage for over 24 years. I offer 50 and 75 minute sessions for individuals and couples, as well as intensives for couples. Intensives are personalized for each client. They allow for an extended time for focused work, free of interruptions or distractions. This is especially helpful for busy executives, clients who travel a lot, or those just looking for a breakthrough. I currently offer intensives for couples looking to go deeper in the following areas: • Pre-Engagement • Pre-Marital • Pre-Cohabitation • Pre-Baby • Pre-Adoption • Crisis • Enrichment • Intimacy/Sex • Infidelity
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome and celebrate all people in all bodies. I am body positive and believe in the philosophy of Healthy at Every Size. I am an LGBTQIA+ advocate and ally. I am sex positive. I believe Black Lives Matter. I believe in choice and also know that is a complicated issue without enough voice given to the myriad of experiences. I believe everyone is worthy of love and belonging.
