Physical cravings and mental reactions to stressful situations cause Drug Dependence and Addiction. It is a disease that requires treatment and support. I use the Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative Theory, and 12-Step model to address withdrawals, cravings, and treatment.
Not feeling good, lack of concentration, loss of appetite, and constant worry can cause severe damage to our physical and emotional systems. I use the mindfulness Cognitive Approach, including meditation and relaxation exercises, to address the issues of Anxiety and Stress.
Addressing the old behaviors and belief systems which no longer work for you. Shifting how we think and believe can assist us in the life we want.
I have over twenty years of experience working and supporting individuals with employment issues, such as career change, starting a small business, and helping them make the right decision. Finding a meaningful career or going into starting a new business can be challenging, but it can be the best decision for yourself and your family. My job is to assist you, challenge you and provide you with feedback and knowledge, and skills you need to make future career and life decisions
