About My Clients
Do you find yourself struggling with finding clarity due to trauma, feeling like you don’t understand who you are, feelings of worthlessness and like your relationships aren’t satisfying? Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/intimacy difficulties, parenting concerns, self-esteem, impulse control and lack of motivation can be hard to overcome on your own. This is the place for you to better know the life you’re leading now, deal with complex trauma, phobias or recent life stressors.
My Background and Approach
Over the last 14 years, I have served clients with a variety of life issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship/intimacy, parenting concerns, self-esteem, impulse control and motivation. Life is hard - I work with individuals to reduce stress regarding adjusting to transitions in life, relationships, loss, choosing to leave a career or start a new one and overall life dissatisfaction. I enjoy supporting individuals to learn more about the mind-body connection. I work with adults looking to heal from the traumas experienced and regulating the nervous system within. Working through the patterns in your life now that are causing you difficulty can bring you to a new understanding of yourself and uplift your communication skills. Using Mindfulness (MBST), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), I work with adults in Oklahoma, Utah and Oregon via virtual services to diminish negative core beliefs and move forward into clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
This is a non-judgmental space full of love, acceptance, and joining you on your journey. I will work to create the space for you to feel free to be yourself, express yourself, and work through the things we often keep in the dark. My passion is helping people get to the rewarding parts of life.
