I wasn't always a therapist. I've walked in your shoes. I have navigated high-pressure corporate roles and also run my own business. I know what it means to feel stuck, to battle internal demons while maintaining a professional facade. Now, as a board-certified counselor specializing in men's mental health, I bring zero judgment and 100% practical support. By talking and processing together, we can collaborate on ways for you to grow and reach your goals. With me, you’ll experience a fresh perspective through calming conversation, authentic exploration, appropriate challenging, and whenever possible even some humor.
