I have worked with people from many walks of life. I have dealt with a variety of issues, from complex trauma to existential questions.
My Background and Approach
I have helped a lot of adults and couples to look at the underlying causes of their distress. We’ll look ant these causes in different ways: by looking ant the conflicts and desires that lie beneath the surface and your story, by drawing on wisdom of Eastern, Western and Native traditions to think about the human experience, by acknowledging what happens between us as useful insights for our understanding of you; and by looking at your inner world view. Some of my orientations: Brain Spotting, Psychodynamic, Jungian Psychotherapy, Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
