I help adults who feel lost or weighed down by trauma find their way back to themselves. I know that feeling stuck can be isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to help you rediscover a path forward and reconnect with yourself and your life in a meaningful way.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve been working with adults one-on-one in a clinical setting since 2020. I’m deeply caring, endlessly curious, and driven by a strong desire to go beyond the surface to help others better understand themselves. My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on EMDR, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotion-Focused modalities to tailor our work together. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your story and explore the painful experiences that have impacted you. Our sessions will be relaxed yet intentional, allowing you to process your emotions freely and work toward lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my professional work as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter and as a trauma therapist as well as my personal life experiences that led me to be a therapist I have learned that we all have the capacity to heal, even when it feels out of reach. I take pride in being that bridge for people to reclaim their lives. I’m all about embracing the journey — whether it’s on a trail with my dog or in the therapy room with you, I’m here to help you navigate life’s peaks and valleys. I work with adults who feel disconnected or stuck, helping them to explore what’s been holding them back. My goal is to help you reconnect, rediscover, and feel more empowered in your life, leading to real, lasting change that feels true to who you are.
