My goal is for you to develop tools that will help you navigate this life and develop the life you want to live. Can't picture your preferred future? Great, we can develop it together. We'll work collaboratively to address anxiety, loss of identity, fear of the future, or relational anxiety. We'll help build your confidence and self esteem so you can move with freedom in the world. For the past 4 years, I've been helping clients like you find their meaning and develop their purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the power within them to live the life they want, but sometimes we get stuck. Sometimes this stuck-ness comes from unjust hierarchies, anxiety, depression, relational issues, etc. I believe the main reason we develop anxiety is because of unhealthy but learned behaviors that we have picked up along our journeys. And because they're learned, we can unlearn them, too. Sometimes we just need a guide. I've been where you're at before. Maybe not the exact same place, but probably right around the corner. The best thing that helped me was the ability to visualize the life I wanted, and build steps to achieve it. When your inner critic hits, we can build tools to respond to that voice and put it back where it belongs--the trash can.
