About My Clients
Many of my clients who find me are grappling with grief and loss, childhood wounds, the aftermath of a pregnancy loss, sexual trauma, medical trauma, birth trauma, and relational trauma, hoping to repair broken trust, navigating the uncertainty of fertility treatments, chronic pain, and illness. I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients at their own pace as they explore all areas of themselves, unburden layers of unresolved pain, and step into a place of peace, growth, and healing.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping diverse teens, adults, couples, and marginalized communities reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and authenticity. Every person has their own story and deserves to be truly seen, heard, known, and cared for, whether they experienced loss, pain, invisibility, trauma, or any other challenge that comes with being human. My approach to therapy is empathic, open-hearted, and collaborative. My intention is to create a safe, secure, and compassionate space with you where you can feel validated, supported, and understood in our therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll unpack the root causes of your struggles, untangle and process emotions, build insight, and access your strengths to help you create lasting change in your life. I use a trauma-informed lens and an integrative approach to meet your unique goals.

I value authentic connection and believe everyone deserves love, understanding, and belonging. Personally touched by loss and vulnerability in my life, I find it humbling to support people through their journeys of uncertainty, hope, and empowerment. As a second-generation Latina American, I intimately understand the struggles of cultural and generational differences and am committed to honoring your cultural identities, values, and beliefs. I am dedicated to supporting people on their path toward growth, healing, and leading fulfilling lives aligned with their values.
