My Background and Approach
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma. I also utilize Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapies. Additionally, I am knowledgeable in treating Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as nail biting and hair pulling.
