Since 2020, we’ve supported people just like you, helping them navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Our goal is to help you break free from negative self-talk and identify the tools you already have to succeed. Our ADHD-informed therapists will guide you through strategies to improve focus, time management, and executive functioning, so you can feel more in control. Why We Started this Group Practice
Rising Perspective Counseling was created out of a deep desire to provide compassionate, specialized care for individuals navigating the unique challenges of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. As someone diagnosed with ADHD and a parent of a child with ADHD, I understand firsthand the complexities and misunderstandings that often accompany these conditions. Our mission is to offer a supportive space where individuals can feel understood, empowered, and free of judgment. Since 2020, we’ve been committed to helping clients break free from negative self-talk, embrace their journeys, and thrive with confidence.
