My Background and Approach
I work with individuals, couples, teenagers and families. If you are feeling the effects of depression, anxiety, chronic medical conditions, difficulties in relationships, trauma, fear, anger, guilt, grief or loss, we will work as a team to explore your concerns and help work towards making positive changes. Drawing from my education, training, clinical and life experience, I partner with you to provide support, increased self understanding and learn new coping skills to help you in your life. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach to help my clients explore life challenges and seek increased peace and healing.
