I am a sex-positive, kink/BDSM-knowledgeable therapist who specializes in working with adults (ages 18+) in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships; queer, trans, and non-binary individuals; and film industry and other creative professionals. I utilize talk therapy, art therapy, EMDR, somatic techniques, and mindfulness to help people manage stress and overwhelm, understand themselves better, improve their relationships, and change unhelpful patterns to find balance in their lives. My therapeutic style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and warm but direct. Laughter, tears, swearing, dark humor, movie references, and stories about your pets are all welcome in sessions with me. If you’ve ever wanted an affirming therapist who won’t raise an eyebrow if you mention multiple partners or the fact that you went to a dungeon last weekend, you’ve come to the right place!

Drawing from lived experience and specialized training, I offer a supportive place where people can be themselves and celebrate their identities while doing the work of therapy. I’ll help you acknowledge systemic issues and societal norms that may play a role in the struggles you are facing, but your identity will never be pathologized here. I work from an intersectional feminist, anti-racist, and social-justice-informed approach, and I love helping folx grow more confident in themselves, their identities, and their and their right to take up space in the world. I know it can be challenging to find a therapist you feel comfortable sharing parts of your identity with, without fear of judgement - that is one of the main reasons I decided to go into this work, and why I am passionate about continuing my training and learning to support the communities I work with and am part of.
