About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults and young adults who often feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Many grew up feeling unseen or overly responsible. They come to therapy longing for deeper self-trust, healthier relationships, and a sense of ease in who they are. Together, we work gently and honestly toward healing, clarity, and growth.

My Background and Approach

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults and young adults navigating self-worth, identity, emotional overwhelm, and relationship struggles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your pace and your inner wisdom. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and somatic awareness. Many of my clients are hard on themselves or unsure of their needs—often because they grew up in environments where their emotions weren’t understood or supported. I work to create a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything. Instead, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, gently and honestly. I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through safe connection and consistent presence. My role is to walk beside you, to help you make meaning of your experiences, and to support you in becoming more fully yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you don’t have to be “fixed” to be worthy of care. I believe healing is not linear, and that being seen in your messy, honest humanity is powerful medicine. I believe our past shapes us—but it doesn’t define who we get to become. I believe therapy works best when it’s relational and real—when there’s space for silence, uncertainty, humor, and tenderness. I believe that emotions are intelligent, that softness is strength, and that your pace matters. I believe we don’t heal alone. We heal in connection—with someone who stays curious, grounded, and attuned. My hope is to be that person for you.
