About My Clients
I specialize in helping clients be all they can be, by managing their moods, processing past traumas helping with their life transitions, life purpose and creative process issues: performance anxiety, creative block, new career/direction search, immigration, divorce, relationships, stress, mood control and social skills development.
My Background and Approach
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing support that spans from therapy for depression (validation, CBT) and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling (Gottman Method, attachment focus, Imago), to mood management (mindfulness, DBT), trauma reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for many issues of the Self.
