My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy works from a place of trust, respect, and unconditional regard. I will journey alongside you as we work together to achieve your goals and resolve thoughts, feelings, and attachments that might work against who you want to become. I come from an eclectic approach, and will use whatever modality works best for you, including EMDR, and Rapid Resolution Therapy, founded by Dr. Jon Connelly, www.rapidresolutiontherapy.com.
